So, for all my all grain brewing people, what type of system to you use and are you happy with it? I'm in the market for one and looking for opinions/suggestions.

Hey Nick, Sorry it took so long to respond. I didn't get the update that you had posted anything. I utilize the Blichmann Top Tier system. It's gravity and I also have a pump in the event gravity doesn't do its job well. It's a great system, but kind of pricey. I've seen in the latest Zymurgy magazine some designs for systems that look pretty reasonable. You should grab a copy of the magazine next time you're in the store. I believe there was a ladder design as well as a grill design. |
