Midwest Grape & Wine + Craft Brew Conference and Trade Show will take place February 4-7 at the St. Charles Convention Center. Dave has 2 spots to fill at the trade show and is looking for volunteers. Let him know ASAP if you are interested. www.midwestgrape.com/
Intro to Brewing Class at St. Louis Wine and Beermaking on February 21st 6-9pm. Rich Bowen will be assisting with this class. The club will run these classes in a rotation. (One employee and one club member assisting) There will also be an all-grain demo tentatively scheduled for March 1st. (all-grain demos in rotation with shop and other home brew clubs)
Club Brew Day - postponed. The club will be taking suggestions on what beer we should brew.
MicroFest will be May 2 & 3. stlmicrofest.org/ Mark your calendars. The club is considering having a booth there or just attending as a club.
Next Club Homebrew Competition - Arpil, The club will vote on the style and the winner gets a ticket to MicroFest.
