Hey everyone, So a big thing I learned from the STL Brews competition was that most of my beers suffered from aroma/flavor issues that were linked primarily to too high of a fermentation. To solve this dilemma, I'm wanting to construct a fermentation chamber that could hold up to 3 primary vessels (i.e. buckets) or 2 conicals (when I get 'em! ). Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone out there has one of their own they'd be willing to share the designs for?! I already spoke with Matt about his and he showed me some pics, so I've got a pretty good idea of what I am looking for, but I enjoy researching quite a bit before digging in deep and actually making something of my own. The most basic idea would of course be getting a freezer/control temp and going that direction, but I've had a hard time really nailing down a cheap, used freezer. Thanks!

Hey Michael, Last night, my dad and I talked to you about a design we saw for a fermentation chamber that used a college-sized fridge but with a larger chamber built around it. I attached the document that describes how the guy built it. There are a few pic's, but I hope this helps.

That's awesome man! Thanks for the share. I'm considering something, but really Home Depot had freezers on sale, 6 cubic ft. for $160. I'm tempted just to go that route!
