Here's a clone recipe for Dry Dock's Breakwater Pale Ale
Grain Bill: 9# Rahr 2-row Pale 0.375# Bries Caramel 60L 0.3125# Belgian Biscuit
Boil Additions: 0.25oz Chinook (60 min) 0.25oz Chinook (45 min) 0.20oz Chinook (30 min) 0.50oz Chinook (15 min) 0.50oz Chinook (2 min) 0.50oz Citra (Dry Hop 7-days)
1.049 OG Single Infusion Mash at 153-degrees for 60-minutes 2-weeks Secondary
