Glad you liked the Pale Ale Wednesday night. It's a clone for Dry Dock's Breakwater Pale Ale. Here's the recipe:
Grain Bill: 9# Rahr 2-row pale 0.375# Briess Caramel 60L 0.3125# Belgian Biscuit
Boil Additions: 0.25 oz Chinook (60 min) 0.25 oz Chinook (45 min) 0.20 oz Chinook (30 min) 0.50 oz Chinook (15 min) 0.50 oz Chinook (2 min)
Dry Hop - 0.50 oz Citra 7-days Secondary
Yeast - Wyeast 1056 American Ale
